MISSOURI LOVES COMPANY
New in 2023, the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild is brewing a series of four IPAs for this year's collaboration beer project "Missouri Loves Company®." The concept is the same. Brewers from across the Show-Me State come together quarterly to brew a beer together, but this time we're focusing on four different variants of India Pale Ale. The four host breweries collaborated early this year on which IPA style they want to brew. Then all the participating breweries are invited to collaborate via video conference to dial in the recipe for the beer.
For the final brew of 2023, our brewers came together at Logboat Brewing Company's newly expanded and rennovated location in Columbia to brew a delightful Double IPA. This 8%-er features Helios, X17701 and Trident hops from Hopsteiner; French Pilsen and Dextren malts from Malteurop, and Star Party thiolized yeast from Omega Yeast.
From the moment this liquid gold flows into your glass, you'll be captivated by the enticing aroma that wafts from the glass. With big, bold notes of guava and grapefruit upfront, this Double IPA is a symphony of tropical and citrus delights. These vibrant notes make their presence known right from the start, creating an irresistible bouquet that draws you in. As you savor this exquisite brew, you'll also notice light notes of berries, a touch of grassiness, and a subtle hint of dankness on the back end. These nuances are the result of careful dry hopping, which further elevates the Missouri Loves Company Double IPA's profile. This combination of flavors and aromas provides a well-rounded and dynamic drinking experience, making each sip a memorable one. We hope you love drinking it as much as we loved brewing it.
The Missouri Loves Company® Double IPA will be available in 4-packs of 12 ounce cans on November 22 at participating breweries. And like all our collaboration brews, once it's gone, it's gone!

The name of our collaboration beer series genuinely represents our state's craft beer community. Through thick and thin, Missouri craft brewers have always helped each other solve problems, share ideas, and work together to make all craft beer better. That spirit of camaraderie remains strong to this day. It helps forge new and stronger bonds among our already close-knit industry. And the by-product is some of the best beer you'll taste.
A collaboration with 32 member breweries and the support of nine corporate sponsors, the proceeds from this project will directly benefit the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild. By buying this beer, you're supporting the Guild and our efforts to advocate for the craft beer industry at the state and federal level, and to promote independent craft brewers in the Show-Me State.
