JOIN A COMMITTEE
Committees are open to any employees of Guild members in good standing. Serving on a committee is a good way to expand your professional network, share your knowledge, learn from your peers, and develop/expand leadership skills.
In 2023, the Board of Directors adopted three guiding principles or “pillars” designed to help propel the mission and vision of the Guild forward. The pillars are: Advocate, Collaborate and Promote. To achieve the goals of the Guild, the following committees will work on initiatives this year:
Most committees will meet via video conference once a month or as needed. For the Annual Conference planning, there may be more frequent meetings as we get closer to the event in late fall.

- Collaborate Committee - designed to focus on Guild membership recruitment and retention. This committee will plan Guild membership drives, development materials to communicate the value of membership, and explore new benefits for Guild members.
- Promote Committee - designed to create a brand for Missouri craft beer. This committee will focus on developing our Show-Me Craft Beer Month, Missouri Pint Day, and consumer-facing branding to promote Missouri craft beer.
- Annual Conference Committee - responsible for planning this year’s Annual Meeting and Conference event. This committee will help determine speakers, social activities, and engagement for this important annual event.
