CRAFT BEER HOBNOB - BREWERY INFORMATION
COME HOBNOB WITH US ON SATURDAY, JUNE 3
We are looking forward to seeing our beer family on Saturday, June 3 for the first-ever MO Beer Hobnob Festival at Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood, MO (St. Louis Area). This is the first craft beer festival where a portion of ticket sales will benefit the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild, so we are working hard to make it a great experience for both you and your staff, and Show-Me craft beer lovers alike! We will post any event updates here over the next week, but here are the basic details you need to know.

- Breweries can set up from 9AM -11AM. Please be ready to pour by 12PM.
- Since the parking lot is being used for the festival, there will not be immediate parking available. There are several public lots nearby, as well as street parking available once you have set up for the festival.
- Post-festival - Bottleworks lot should be cleared of tents by 5:30.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
WHAT'S PROVIDED FOR ME?
Schlafly Bottleworks is providing their 2-acre lot for this festival. They will also be providing the participating breweries:
MERCHANDISE
Breweries are welcome to sell branded merchandise at your TENT. You will have to provide your own POS system.
FRIDAY NIGHT BOTTLESHARE
If you're coming into town early, join us Friday, June 2 from 6:30PM - 9PM for a Pre-Hobnob Reception & Bottle Share at Bluewood Brewing, 1821 Cherokee St, St. Louis, MO 63118
FESTIVAL ADVERTISING
The Missouri Craft Brewers Guild and Schlafly Beer will be responsible for all media and advertising, but we ask each brewery to please post and display signage about the event. Posting on your website, social media sites, and in your taprooms/brewery encourages craft beer lovers from all over the state of Missouri to come down and enjoy!
We put together a handy Hobnob Promotional Toolkit which contains sample post language, Hobnob Festival logos, social media squares, and a printable poster.
- Festival staffing of two people per brewery. We will have some volunteers available to help cover breaks for breweries as needed.
- Up to two signature beers - two half-barrels or 10 cases per beer style.
- Dispensing equipment and tubs for kegs/cans.
- 10x10 tent (placement will be assigned regionally). Branded tents are best.
- Banners/signage/table decorations/marketing materials (POS) that fit within your tent space.
- Chairs if desired.
WHAT'S PROVIDED FOR ME?
Schlafly Bottleworks is providing their 2-acre lot for this festival. They will also be providing the participating breweries:
- 2 - Brewer passes (each include food, tasting glass and beer tastings)
- 2 – 8ft tables
- Ice on site
- Beer style signage (per registration)
- Overnight refrigeration for breweries arriving the night before the festival

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Tickets include: keepsake tasting glass with unlimited tastings for four hours and festival foods.
- Tickets available online in advance of the festival for $65/pp
- Tickets not sold online will be available on location at the day of the event for $75/pp
- Designated Drivers will receive complimentary soft drink and festival foods
