HOBNOB IS CANCELLED
Yes, the rumors are sadly true.
As much as we were looking forward to bringing all the craft beer lovers together on June 3 for the inaugural Craft Beer Hobnob Festival at Schlafly Bottleworks, unfortunately we came to the difficult decision on May 30 to cancel the event.
Due to low ticket sales and some other unforeseen circumstances, we are concerned about not being able to keep our promise of a fantastic event showcasing the best of Missouri craft beer. The last thing we want to do is create a negative experience for anyone.
Schlafly Beer will be issuing refunds of the ticket price to the original form of payment for our ticket holders. Please be aware, individual financial institutions may take up to 7 business days to show the refund in your account.
We are grateful for the support of Schlafly Bottleworks in offering to host this event benefiting the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild, and all their work to-date in getting it organized. Perhaps we will try again for a future Craft Beer Hobnob Festival - stay tuned!
In the meantime, we hope you will join us in celebrating Missouri craft beer during Show-Me Craft Beer Month happening throughout June. We will be releasing the second beer in our Missouri Loves Company® collaboration IPA series, hosting our third annual Missouri Pint Day event, highlighting flight and growler specials from our member breweries, and encouraging craft beer lovers state-wide to explore a brewery or beer new to you.
